MANAGING long hair is a time taking task. That is why many ladies and girls are chopping off their long hair regardless of age. Due to lack of time, it will be a hell a lot of pain and effort in maintaining the long hair.
Tips:

  • Don’t sleep with tight braid or a pony tail. This will weaken the hair causing hair fall.
  • Don’t tie the braid tightly.
  • Use branded bands and clips, low quality ones may cause hair breakage.
  • If you are planning to grow your hair still longer, trim it for every three months.
  • If you want to just maintain that length, trim the hair for every one month.
  • Use combs with big teeth. Small teeth combs may cause breakage of hair.
  • It is better that you brush the hair before washing also.

  • Should take more care about the tips of hair. If the hair ending s are dry, it is necessary to take head bath daily.

  • For the healthy hair, trim once a month.

  • There will be a loss of natural texture, shine and color of hair, if extensively colored artificially.Minimum two liters of water should be taken daily. Natural glow and shine will be yours.

    Prevention of Dandruff




    Prevention of Dandruff:
    Measures:
    Ø  Neem leaves powder, fenugreek (MENTHI) powder and pesara (moong dal) powder are effective in controlling the dandruff.
    Ø  Amla powder can be mixed in coconut oil and applied to the hair.
    Ø  Diet regulations are also needed.
    Ø  Sweet recipes and fried curries should be limited.
    Ø  Should take more of fresh vegetables and leafy curries.
    If proper care is not taken in the case of dandruff, it may lead to some other skin diseases.

      Helmet usage

      •   There is no way for the sweat to go outside if the helmet is used. It is better to use cotton kerchief before wearing a helmet. This absorbs the sweat from the scalp.       • Use scarf in between helmet and scalp. This absorbs the sweat.



      • Use baby talcum powder with the hair brush. Apply it on the hair. This will make the hair look fresh without ugly look of sweat and dirt.



      •   Daily head bath should be taken. But the shampoo used should suit the hair nature.

      Smooth Hair tips



      To a cup of water, add two spoons of jaguar powder, one spoon of tea powder and heat it highly. Filter this water and apply this to the hair. Washing the hair after drying will make the hair smooth.

      Remove oil and dirt on scalp



       Mix some pudina leaves, gorinta leaves (mehendi leaves) and tulasi leaves. Grind them and boil the mixture. Filter it after it cools. Add 1/4th cup shampoo to the resultant and apply it to the head. This mixture will completely remove the dirt and oil accumulated on the head.
